It’s possible to lose Fat
People confuse weight loss with losing fat from their body. You should be careful about this issue. It’s necessary to have a certain amount of fat in our bodies. It’s an emergency storage of energy. So be really careful of loosing too much of that “ugly” stuff. It’s generally considered obese if a man has a fat level of over 25%, and for women it’s obese when they are over 30%. By this categorization, over 60% of population can be considered fat.
When considering a fat loss program, you have to watch for two components. First one is cutting down the intake of excess calories which cause the build up of fat in your body. The second point should be slowly but surely burning off the excess fat in the body which was gathered in the past. These two things can be done by eating healthier food, like vegetables and fruit with low fat meat and other useful stuff. The second point can be achieved by regular exercises like walking, jogging or driving your bike to work.
Be sure that exercise will become a routine for you. You won’t get a six pack over night with light exercises, but it will keep your fat levels ant minimum and will increase the rate of your metabolism. Be sure to consume only good proteins, good carbohydrates and good fats. For example low fat milk, fish, cottage cheese or a yogurt. Good carbohydrates are essential for energy. That’s why it’s good to eat beans, fruits, vegetables and whole grains to keep your body running.
Certain fatty foods are also very helpful for your body. Like fatty acids from fish such as Salmon, Mackerel or Sardines can regulate your blood pressure and lower you risk of a heart failure. And don’t forget the most important thing when losing fat. Drink water, drink plenty of water – especially ice cold water. This is a natural appetite suppressant and is essential for burning up the stored fat.
You will see it is possible to achieve fat loss if realistic practical steps are taken. Good luck!
